MEGALI

Megali was bred in Switzerland out of my mum's beautiful Shagya mare. She was bred to event.

Megali has a heart of gold and alw
ays tries to please. Although I have invested a lot of time and effort into making her an event horse, I feel she is not comfortable with jumping over bigger fences at cross country. She competed up to Novice level with good dressage scores and Show Jumped clear rounds but I did not get the feeling, she enjoyed the fixed fences, although she loves to go fast.

I have since taken her out to some affiliated dressage competitions, where she showed some pleasing and very consistent performances.

Hannah loves her dearly and rides her very well. Meggy will be ridden by Hannah as preparation for her exams and I am planning for Hannah to take her to some local competitions to gain experience. We have talked about going to an Endurance ride with her ( Meggy's half-brother competed and was 3rd in the French championships in the 120km race!) . We think Meggy would love that and Hannah said she would too!

So we have lots of plans to make but it is an exciting prospect!
